The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The views from the property are stunning, overlooking the golf of Endear a de San Simon. Guests can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax in a serene environment. The staff at the hotel are friendly, providing excellent service to make the stay comfortable for all guests.
The hotel is a bit far from the main pilgrimage road, which may require additional transportation or walking to reach.

The value for money at As Chivas in Redondela was excellent, the rooms were very nice and full of character. The location was tranquil and perfect for resting, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast could have been better with more attention to detail.

The staff here are amazing, and the food was wonderful. Our room and bed were very comfortable. It was a misty evening when we arrived but the surrounds looked perfect for sitting out with a beer if the weather was better. Off the main roads and close and easy to find from the Camino trail.
Felt immediately at home, nothing too much trouble.

We stayed at As Chivas for a few days and had an amazing experience. The hospitality of Reme made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious with beautiful rustic decor. The home-cooked dinners were delicious and the "chill room" was a great hangout spot. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing and the on-site parking was convenient. Definitely a unique and charming place to stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

Peaceful rural location. Clear signposting on Camino. Acceptable room, although small shower. Large restaurant is main attraction. Lovely location, great meal. Quiet room with balcony. Amazing buffet breakfast. Laundry service available. Superbly redeveloped traditional farm buildings. Charming hosts, generous breakfast. Real gem, worth another visit.

we had a relaxing couple of nights at a charming guest house near Redondela. The rural setting made us feel like we had our own private villa, and the lovely outside area was perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The owners were incredibly attentive and the food at their restaurant was amazing.
Breakfast was lacking variety.

The room was spacious and felt like a private villa. The outside area was perfect for enjoying the sun. The owners were fantastic and the food was amazing, with large servings of local dishes.
The directions provided by the app were wrong, causing us to waste time and energy. The uphill walk from the town was not ideal, especially on a hot day.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house nestled in a huge garden, just a short distance from the Camino Portugues. The rural style and tranquil location were exactly what I was looking for. While the staff didn't speak English, they were friendly and we managed to communicate effectively. The comfort of the private room and the warm hospitality of Reme, the amazing host, exceeded my expectations. Staying at As Chivas Guest House felt like being at home, and I will always cherish the memories of the warm welcome I received. Muchas gracias, Reme!
Couldn't find any faults at all. 😊
